need to assist you effectively. Once you've completed the questionnaire, you can print it
and either mail it, drop it off at our offices, or request access to a secure client portal
for uploading from home, whichever method suits you best. Please refrain from faxing or
emailing completed forms over insecure phone lines or the internet for your safety.
If you prefer, we can guide you through using our private IT system with Client Portals for
secure online communication. Additionally, providing your last two years' tax returns,
including prior year information and carryover data, can be very beneficial for us in
understanding your tax situation comprehensively.
